Est. Year

PT. Setia Pratama Lestari, better known as SPLP, is a compounding company and sister company of PT. SUCACO Tbk. It started commercial production in 1986, specializing in Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) compounds for cable insulation, filler and sheathing.

In 1998, SPLP expanded into Cross-Linkable Polyethylene (XLPE) compounds for cable insulation, and in 2007 added PE Jacketing based on LLDPE and HDPE. The Quality Management System has been ISO 9001 certified continuously — most recently ISO 9001:2015 in 2018.

The company utilizes a modern laboratory for R&D and a Fully Automatic Conveying Track — a hands-free production process. SPLP operates three PVC production lines and one XLPE line, with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons.

Our Products

SPLP produces various types of PVC, PE, and XLPE compounds meeting National Indonesia Standard (SNI) and International Standard Specifications In Cable Product. All products pass rigorous Quality Assurance final testing before delivery.

PVC

PVC Sheathing

Sheathing raw material for low and medium voltage cable. Suitable for low voltage or building wire with rated conductor temperature up to 90°C. Features good thermal stability with sufficient antioxidant and other stabilizers.

PVC

PVC Filler

Raw material for low and medium voltage cables (NYY, NYYCY, N2XY(Gb), N2XYCY, etc.). Good thermal stability; processable across wide extruder dimensions with smooth surface and good final dimension.

PVC Insulation

Insulation raw material for low voltage cables up to 3 kV (NYY, NYCY, etc.) with rated conductor temperature up to 70°C. Excellent thermal stability with sufficient antioxidant and stabilizers.

PE / XLPE

PE & XLPE Compound

PE compound for power and telecom cable jacketing with excellent ESCR, weatherability, and heat deformation resistance. XLPE compound for low voltage cable insulation up to 1 kV.
